Construction Progress Park Lofts RECOLETA 🏗️ (August 13, 2025)

Overall, 36% of the concrete structures have been completed, with the following levels finished:

- Foundation level at 90%

- Ground floor at 100% (taking into account the double height)

- 1st floor of at 100%

- On August 12, 2025, the second floor concrete slab was finished

What is your primary role at Park Lofts?

I oversee the entire development process, from planning, over the marketing and sales to execution and team leadership, ensuring each project meets the highest standards and investor expectations.

Can you highlight one of your key projects?

Our standout project is Park Lofts Tower, a 27-story, 101m high skyscraper that’s set to become an iconic landmark in Asunción. You can learn more about the project by talking to our Park Lofts AI, including a virtual reality tour of the building.

What sets your developments apart?

I think its the combination of a high quality investment product being designed from the ground up with yield generation and efficiency in mind, a data driven approach to markets and a team of experienced international professionals executing the projects.

How do you support investors throughout the project lifecycle?

We offer investors everything they need as a one stop shop solution: From obtaining residency, over managing their local tax declarations to renting out their acquired properties. Our investors frequently rave about our transparency, multilingual services and customer experience.

What’s your vision for the future?

We appreciate the success we had selling out four buildings in record time and being able to take these fantastic projects from vision to reality. For the future I am looking forward to expanding into new categories like luxury houses and mixed use developments. We are working hard to keep up the exponential growth we are experiencing and aim to take the crown as Paraguay's leading real estate developer. I want to thank our investors for the trust in our projects and the entire team for making this possible.
